[Nedo Jun] Ask your abdomen, not your brain

Nedo Jun activates her right brain and lives happily. When you have a question within yourself, she suggests dropping the question into your abdomen as an image rather than trying to think with your head (left brain) to find an answer. For those who struggle with indecision in various situations, I think it’s surprising content!

What happens when you ask your abdomen?

Nedo Jun suggests that when you have a question, you should ask it to your abdomen or throw it into your abdomen as an image. I’m trying it out like that. Especially for questions about my life, I’ve started dropping them into my abdomen and waiting for a while. For example, when I have several options and I’m not sure which one is best for me. Then, after a short time or a few days, the answer comes back. Then, after a short time or a few days, the answer comes back. Sometimes, I realize the answer in a sudden flash of inspiration, and other times, I find the answer in a conversation with someone. Or it could also be that a certain sentence in a book resonates with me.

Of course, it’s okay to ask even small questions in life. For example, when buying a toothbrush, you can ask, “Which toothbrush, A or B, will bring better results for my mouth?” Even though you might initially think that A is better than B, if you ask your abdomen, you might get the answer to choose B. Then later, you might realize that choosing B was actually the better choice. But people tend to quickly rely on their heads (brains) to make judgments. Nedo Jun told herself, “The brain often makes mistakes! The abdomen doesn’t make mistakes!”

I heard such information from others (not sure if it’s accurate). Recently, it’s been found that the heart and intestines also have nerve pathways similar to the brain.

The right brain and the body have had a long relationship

To activate the right brain, Nedo says you have to listen to the body’s voice and silence the automatic thoughts from the left brain. The abdomen is connected to the people around us. Some channelers say the abdomen is connected to the universe. Some energy workers say the body is wiser than the brain. People lived with a dominance of the right brain for a while since ancient times, so they had sharp intuition and could live in harmony with others. The right brain has a long history of compatibility with the body. It also has good compatibility with the subconscious mind. With the changes in civilization, the left brain has developed, and now it’s dominant. But originally, the left brain might prefer the role of a “super capable secretary.” (I think there’s a better way to say it, though.)
